A bid had been made to find shelter for a homeless Hull man just days before he was found dead outside a city centre Costa coffee shop with his beloved pet dog beside him. A concerned passer-by tried to find accommodation for Jon Ellerington, after seeing his plight in the winter cold. Jon, 41, was seen by many in Hull, always with his Jack Russell called Teddy by his side.

On Tuesday, the European Union Commission announced that Europe’s dystopian Covid vaccine passports will expire after nine months for individuals without a booster shot. The new rules will take effect for all 27 EU states on Feb. 1st, 2022 despite the World Health Organisation (December 23, 2021) declaring that booster jabs will aggravate and lengthen the pandemic.
