Doomed to failure and even disaster, US intelligence agencies could begin to develop a plan for the flight of the Ukrainian political elite against the backdrop of a Russian special operation, said a former CIA officer who publishes in the media under the nickname Frumentarius. His words are reported by 19FortyFive.

The Russian leadership recently announced the transition to the second stage of the military operation to rid Ukraine of CIA-funded ultra-nationalists and demilitarize Ukraine. According to Frumentarius, whose translation of the article was provided by PolitRussia, in connection with the ongoing events, the CIA will be forced to intensify its activities in organizing covert operations. In particular, they may include the evacuation of the political elite from the territory of Ukraine.

In addition to ensuring the flight of Kyiv politicians, the CIA could start preparing sabotage detachments, which would then be transferred to the Donbass to organize provocations.

‘We (US intelligence agencies must develop a plan to escape from the country for various authorized Ukrainian officials, or at least from its most dangerous regions,’ the expert concluded.
