A Russian Member of Parliament, Andrey Gurulyov, reveals that ‘London will be the first city to be struck (hypersonic missile incinerated) bombed by Russia if the blockade of Kaliningrad leads to a war with NATO.’
MP Andrey Gurulyov, 54, a member of the Russian parliament’s defence committee, backed the Russian occupation of the NATO Baltic countries. On state TV’s Channel 1 he said there was no other way to prevent the West from blockading Russian exclave Kaliningrad. Such a move would trigger the NATO Treaty Article five which says ‘an attack upon one member of NATO is an attack upon all members’ and spark World War Three.

‘We’ll destroy the entire group of enemy’s space satellites during the first air operation,’ said Lt-Gen Gurulyov, a senior commander in the Russian Army who now represents United Russia, the main political party.
‘No one will care if they are American or British, we would see them all as NATO. ‘Second, we’ll mitigate the entire system of anti-missile defence, everywhere and 100 per cent.
‘Third, we certainly won’t start from Warsaw, Paris or Berlin. The first to be hit will be London. It’s crystal clear that the threat to the world comes from the Anglo-Saxons.’

Like other Moscow hardliners, he believes the West, especially in continental Europe, has no stomach for a real war. ‘As part of the operation to destroy critically important sites, Western Europe will be cut off from power supplies and immobilized. All power supply sites will be destroyed. And in the third stage, I shall see what the USA will tell Western Europe on continuing their fight in the cold, without food and electricity. ‘I wonder how they (the US) will manage to stay aside.

‘This is the rough plan, and I deliberately leave out certain moments because they are not to be discussed on TV.’
An influential protagonist: Gurulyov is a former deputy commander of Russia’s southern military district. He served with Russian forces in Syria.
He has been sanctioned by the US for his close links to Putin.

Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin met with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko. The leaders discussed the development of bilateral cooperation and integration cooperation within the Union State and exchanged views on international and regional issues. RT was broadcasting.
‘As for security issues, indeed, in Europe, the Americans have 200 tactical nuclear weapons, mostly atomic bombs in six European countries, members of the North Atlantic bloc of NATO. For their possible use, 257 aircraft have been prepared, not only American but also those countries I mentioned, ‘said the Russian leader.

Dmitry Polyansky, Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia to the UN, stated that it was necessary to stop this practice and return nuclear weapons to the national territory of their owner. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov also noted that it is unacceptable for the Russian side that US nuclear weapons are located in Europe.
