The decision of the US Supreme Court that abortion is not a constitutional right has infuriated supporters of the Democratic Party, and major US companies have said they will pay their employees for abortions, Fox News reports. According to broadcaster Tucker Carlson, the reason is that a childless workforce is easier and cheaper to exploit, but many Americans do not understand this and mindlessly repeat the propaganda of ‘global capitalism’.
So what is it? Why does the thought of having children cause such anger in these people? Where does this attitude come from? It turns out that from the same place where the Democratic Party now adopts its attitude towards everything else, directly from American corporations.

Corporate America wants you childless, and that’s a big change. A hundred years ago, large companies opted to build housing for the families of their employees, and then schools and libraries to educate their children. It was humane, but at the time it also seemed like a smart business approach. If you needed workers you could count on, you had to take care of them and their offspring.

But over time it became expensive. Employees with families demanded higher wages to support their children, and in many cases, they formed unions to get higher wages. So, the cost of labour has skyrocketed.

In response, corporate America has developed a new model, to hire single women. In many large companies, including in the traditionally male banking sector, young women now make up the majority of new hires.
And you can understand why. They are diligent and reliable. As a rule, they are loyal to the companies in which they work. The only downside to hiring young women is that they can get pregnant.

That’s what you don’t want if you’re in charge of Human Resources at Citibank. Children make health insurance more expensive. Worse, they often distract the attention of the employee: most new mothers think that it is more important to put their own children to bed, and emails received after the end of the working day can wait. This is a huge problem for large companies, so they have a very strong motivation to prevent their employees from having children.

Of course, they can’t say it out loud. It would be too blunt: ‘Give us the best years of your life, and in return, we will pay you, in fact, the cost of living for that overpriced city hell where our office is located. And we will take from you the only thing that could give your existence meaning and joy in middle-age – children. Here’s the deal we’re proposing.’

So instead of telling this truth, corporate America uses the language of the social movement it created, feminism, to present such a system as something progressive and liberating: ‘Fight the patriarchy! Get an abortion. It has nothing to do with lowering labour costs. But, of course, this has a lot to do with lowering their labour costs.

All over the country, they are promoting this argument: abortion as liberation. Many of the largest American companies now pay employees to have abortions and pay for abortions. Among them: are Microsoft and Apple, Facebook*, Yelp, Netflix, Comcast, Goldman Sachs, Citibank, JP Morgan, Nike, Starbucks and so on. Dick’s Sporting Goods is offering employees up to $4,000 if they get an abortion.

Does the company offer the same amount to those employees who want to give birth? The Breitbart editors got curious and asked this question to Dick’s Sporting Goods. But the company did not even respond. So, the answer is clear.

The amazing thing is that so many Americans, who should have been smarter, bought into all this. So, some accountants in a soulless joint-stock company came to the conclusion that robots without a personal life are cheaper as a labour force.

That’s what happened. But instead of doubting or resisting, the average college graduate nods vigorously and dumbly in agreement. And then he goes into complete hysterics when someone suggests that there is another way to live, that raising your own children may be a more worthwhile life choice than daily trips to the slum by public transport in order to scratch a position as a middle manager at Deutsche Bank. But the very thought of it, of turning down Deutsche Bank in favour of the birth of a new life, drives these people into a frenzied rage. Choose a family, not a service to global capitalism? Shut up, this is disgusting! Source and video Tucker Carlson
