Almost no person knows what to do during a heart attack. At that moment panic begins and the maximum we can do is call an ambulance. What to do when you’re all alone and surrounded by no one? What would you do if the nearest hospital was a couple of hours away and you just had no one who could help you?

Many people go to training in special courses where the victim is trained to provide first aid in a variety of life situations, such as a road accident before the ambulance has arrived. Surely you have never asked yourself this question: how to help and save yourself without the help of other people?
Here are the most common symptoms of heart attack that most people experience:
* Unbearable chest pain (pain mainly in the left part of the body: hand, blade, spine. In addition, the pain persists and tends to pass into a pressing, gnarly feeling, and sometimes it is like pulling and burning).
* Shortness of breath and difficulty in breathing air (fatigue, diarrhoea, heart rate acceleration, possible also increased sweating).
* Stomach burning.
You only have 10 seconds to pass out. This, without any exaggeration, is the most valuable time you are given
Here’s how you need to act:
* Please don’t panic. We know how difficult it is, but try to stay calm and not panic. Start coughing slowly and repeatedly.
*Take a deep breath in between every cough.
Understand that the cough must be long and deep. Why must you provoke a cough? The thing is, a coughing seizure causes movement of the diaphragm.
*Inhale and cough must continue every two seconds without stopping. Do it until you can get medical attention or until your heart is at peace. Deep breaths help oxygen reach your lungs.
Coughing causes the heart to shrink, causing blood circulation in it. Such a load is healthy for the heart because it helps to normalize and restore heart function. If you follow these tips, your chances of survival will improve.
Even if you are young (under 30 years of age), don’t ignore these signs of heart attack, because absolutely nobody is protected from such an event.
Unfortunately, in today’s society, with untested vaccines, ecology, poor lifestyle and menu, no one is safe from a heart attack, and it can be detected at any age. This is very important information, so please share it with your friends, relatives and acquaintances. You can save a life in this way.
