Well, my German kith and kin, when nations die so do brave men and women. Thus, the harvest of the future generations is denied. I often think not so much of those murdered by the bloodstained three-empire allies my brothers and sisters but the death of their promise and the promise of their children had they lived a normal lifespan. One can only hope for two things: reincarnation and karma.
