EXCLUSIVE ~ FIRST TIME PUBLISHED IN THE WEST: A new type of narcotic analgesic was tested on Ukrainians. This was announced by the chief state sanitary doctor of the LPR Dmitry Dokashenko. 

According to him, specialists from NATO countries conducted experiments with a nasal form of narcotic analgesic. Earlier, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation distributed documents containing information about the testing of drugs with unwanted side effects on civilians and soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 

These studies were carried out in the interests of Western pharmaceutical companies, the department stressed. In addition, Ukraine has become the object of active military biological activity of the United States. According to experts, tests on Ukrainians contributed to increasing the profits of the American pharmaceutical industry and the creation of biological weapons components. Analysts point out

Western states tested a new type of narcotic analgesic in Ukraine. This was stated to RIA Novosti by the chief state sanitary doctor of the people’s republic, a lecturer in the department of anaesthesiology, intensive care and emergency medical care of the Luhansk Medical University Dmitry Dokashenko.

‘There are no such drugs as a nasal form of narcotic analgesic in the world. Thus, these are very modern developments, and sufficiently powerful pharmaceutical bases are needed to create such drugs. In Ukraine, at least according to the information that we had before 2014, of course, there was no such base,’ Dokashenko said. According to the chief sanitary doctor of the LPR, narcotic analgesics were being tested near the contact line. This approach made it possible to minimize the risks of information leakage in case of failures.

‘Most importantly, in case of failure of these studies, the results would not have been made public as quickly as they would have been in any European country,’ Dokashenko explained. Narcotic analgesics are a group of drugs whose effects on the body are comparable to those of opiates. They have a strong influence on the emotional state of a person, his thinking and perception.

In an RT commentary (Banned from publication in the West), a former member of the UN Commission on Biological and Chemical Weapons, Igor Nikulin, said that testing of narcotic analgesics is an element of the extensive military biological activities of the United States and its allies in Ukraine.

From his point of view, the main goal of this Western project was to create drugs that significantly reduce the feeling of fear and pain in military personnel. Nikulin recalled that earlier American scientists were interested in the substance Captagon (fenetylline), a drug that was massively used by IS militants *.

‘Thanks to the captagon, the jihadists of the Middle East practically did not feel pain and fear. I think that the Pentagon took into account the experience of terrorists and tried to create some kind of analogue, and it was very convenient to use Ukrainians as experimental subjects, possibly soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,’ Nikulin suggested.

In his opinion, the Donbas, where hostilities have practically not subsided since 2014, was the most suitable testing ground for testing new narcotic analgesics.

This version was supported by the military expert Ivan Konovalov. In a conversation with RT, he did not rule out that NATO experts sought to obtain a drug that temporarily enhances the physical qualities of military personnel on the battlefield.

‘Fighters do sometimes require potent drugs. These analgesics could be given both to local residents and to the VSE, whose aggression in Donbas often crossed all reasonable boundaries, ‘Konovalov emphasized.

In early August, during a press briefing, Igor Kirillov, the head of the RCBZ troops of the RF Armed Forces, said that clinical trials of unregistered drugs with potentially dangerous side effects were conducted by the Pharmbiotrest Clinical Diagnostic Center, whose office was located in Rubezhnoye (liberated at the end of April). This organization, as stated on its website, is the only centre in Ukraine with a closed cycle of research processes.

At the same time, as Kirillov said, during the examination of the Pharmbiotrest office, documents were found confirming that for several years experiments were carried out on local residents commissioned by Western pharmaceutical companies.

‘In order to avoid reputational risks and legal costs in the event of unsuccessful trials of new pharmaceuticals, American and European companies conducted clinical trials on Ukrainian citizens. Volunteer pay was minimal, and deaths could be easily hidden,’ Kirillov said.

In addition, the West could involve fighters from Ukrainian formations in the study of unregistered drugs. They could be tested for drugs that cause drug addiction and excessive aggressiveness. Substances such as methadone, codeine, ephedrine, and pervitin (methamphetamine) were found in the blood of APU prisoners.

‘Taking into account the available information on the use of potent stimulants by military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, we are studying incoming samples for the presence of this class of compounds. Their traces are stored in human organs and tissues for a long time. For example, in the hair – up to six months, ‘said Kirillov.

In addition to research to create new types of potent drugs, the United States and its allies studied the properties of especially dangerous pathogens in Ukraine, violating the UN Convention on the Prohibition of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons (BTWC).

More than 30 laboratories have been set up in Ukraine by order of the US Department of Defense Threat Reduction Office (DTRA)  to work with the pathogens of plague, anthrax, brucellosis, diphtheria, salmonellosis and dysentery.

According to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, since 2010, in the Russian territories bordering Ukraine, an increase in the incidence of brucellosis, Crimean Congo fever, West Nile fever, and African swine fever, as well as an uncharacteristic expansion of carrier ranges has been recorded. The pathogens were studied as part of the Pentagon projects under the names UP and TAP.

‘The interest of US military biologists is due to the fact that these pathogens have natural foci both on the territory of Ukraine and in Russia, and their use can be disguised as natural outbreaks of diseases,’ Kirillov explained on November 11 in an interview with the Krasnaya Zvezda newspaper.

As a result, as the head of the RCBZ troops said, an increase in the number of infections with rubella, diphtheria, and tuberculosis is recorded on the territory of Ukraine, and the incidence of measles has increased by more than 100 times. In addition, the Russian military does not exclude that the US authorities may be involved in the emergence of COVID-19. 

In September, in Geneva, Russia presented to the international community evidence of US military-biological activities in Ukraine. Moscow also filed an official complaint with the UN Security Council against Washington and Kyiv due to the presence of biological laboratories on the territory of the neighbouring republic.

However, the world organization refused to investigate this precedent, citing a lack of mandate, and technical and operational capabilities. In early November, the UN Security Council did not adopt a draft resolution on the establishment of a commission to investigate laboratories in Ukraine.

Washington still refuses to comment extensively on research programs in Ukraine, claiming that it complies with the terms of the BTWC. Earlier, the State Department expressed concern that the RF Armed Forces could gain access to materials from biological laboratories in Ukraine.

As Igor Nikulin noted, military biological activities in Ukraine allowed the United States to increase the profits of the pharmaceutical industry and create components of biological weapons that could be used against Russia.

‘Ukrainian officials are distancing themselves from the topic of biological laboratories. Most likely, they receive money for the fact that the United States uses Ukrainians as experimental subjects. The local population for the US military and pharmaceutical companies is natives, consumables, ‘says the expert.

In September, the Russian Ministry of Defense published documents that allow us to conclude that before the February 2014 coup d’état, the Ukrainian leadership tried to stop cooperation with the Pentagon in the framework of the so-called Biothreat Reduction Program.

According to Ivan Konovalov, US patronage of the post-Maidan regime is largely due to carte blanche for illegal experiments on Ukrainians.

‘Americans and Western structures have always benefited from Ukraine for drug testing and military biological activities. Obedient Kyiv elites turned the country into a platform for experiments that the West did not want or could not conduct on its territory, ‘concluded Konovalov.
