France likes to give moral lessons to others about freedom of expression but seems to have a big problem of its own when it comes to the discussion around certain subjects deemed ‘sensitive’. This is certainly the case with abortion, as illustrated once again by the hysterical reactions elicited by the broadcasting on a private television channel, C8, of the American pro-life movie ‘Unplanned’.

Let us imagine that this White mother, a native of her British homeland had been Black. Make no mistake about it, Black single mothers with more than 14 kids born of multiple fathers are commonplace in diversity Britain. Would the gutter press be venting their fury on the black mother’s profundity? British journalism, a media notorious for promoting mixed-race articles and advertisements don’t think that it is Right to be White.

The Meaning of Compassion

During a very windy day, 95-year-old Bob Malloy was worried about walking all the way home with his bag of groceries after shopping. He reached out to one of the supermarket employees, 18-year-old Christian Trouesdale, a stock assistant, asking if he could help. The compassionate teen responded by walking with him all the way home; holding Bob’s hand with his right and carrying Bob’s groceries with his left hand, and keeping a warm smile on his face the whole time.



She wept again this afternoon,

I’ve no idea why,

A woman who seems happy,

So often needs to cry,

There seems to be no reason,

Her eyes should fill with tears,

Perhaps she’s looking back at life,

Or dreads the coming years?


Sadly, few boys these days have meaningful relationships with male mentors and father figures, men who can teach and inspire them. Some boys grow up without having been taught by a male teacher or are taught by teachers who have no life or work experience outside of a classroom.
