Victors’ propaganda disseminated by palace publishers and on-message media has created the illusion that Poland being far weaker than Hitler’s Reich was the vulnerable prey for ‘the Hitler hyena’. The same propaganda was spread after the Reich’s pre-emptive strike on Stalin’s despotic regime which had as is now known an army of 4.6 million poised to overwhelm Europe before the German pre-emptive strike.
The truth is far different. Poland was included in the 22 once free and democratic nations of pre-war Europe that were handed to Soviet despot Josef Stalin the year before the armed forces (not the elected National Socialist government) capitulated.
The Baltic Way (Chain of Freedom) was a peaceful political demonstration that occurred on 23 August 1989. Approximately two million people joined their hands to form a human chain spanning 675 km (419 miles) across the three Baltic states of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, which at the time were occupied by the Soviet Union.
The unforeseen consequences of NATO’s rout and retreat from Afghanistan hot on the heels of their being expelled from Iraq and Syria is concentrating collective minds across Western and Central Europe. As the EU disintegrates and awareness that NATO defence is a risible fantasy more and more nations are seeking non-EU/US alliances.
The 60th anniversary of apportioning of overrun Germany was followed by the sickening division of what was once Europe’s greatest city by the West and the Soviet Union.
If you get to Spain this summer, watch your tongue. A careless word construed as sympathetic to General Francisco Franco, who despite Washington DC sanctions successfully ruled Spain from his victory in the country’s civil war (1936-9) until his death in 1975 could land you with a fine.
Only now can the story break through the media’s censorhip of real history: “The sacking of Germany after her unconditional surrender will go down in history as one of the most monstrous acts of modern times. Its excess beggars description and its magnitude defy condemnation.” ~ Ralph F. Keeling, Gruesome Harvest; 1947. The Institute of American Economics.
The joke used to be that the Daily Worker British Communist Party, now The Morning Star, promoted a competition the winner of which would win a week’s holiday in Communist East Germany (GDR). Second prize was mirthfully said to be two weeks holiday in the German Democratic Republic.
One day an awakened United States will emerge from the Jewish chrysalis. Pennsylvania Avenue will then perhaps be renamed Elizabeth Dilling Avenue. Today, slumbering in their Jewish shroud, few Americans have heard of a lady who should replace the Statue of Liberty.
Invited to list the ten most important books of the 20th Century I certainly include The Fuhrer’s Proclamation to the German People. It is commonly thought that the Reich made a fatal blunder in attacking an unprepared defenceless Russia. If this is your view it is perfectly understandable; it is what you have been told to think.
