MICHAEL WALSH JOURNALIST: An interview of Russian President Vladimir Putin with American journalist Tucker Carlson will be published on February 9 at 2 a.m. Moscow time (Midnight 8 February GMT) or (18:00 North American Eastern Time) according to the journalist’s announcement.

‘Tucker Carlson interviewed President Vladimir Putin… February 8, at 6:00 pm Eastern time (2:00 February 9 Moscow time – ed.),’ says the American journalist’s post on the social network.

On Tuesday, Carlson published a video message on the social network X against the backdrop of the Kremlin towers and the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, in which he stated that he would soon interview the Russian president.

NEWS AND VIEWS FOR LOVERS OF TRUTH, PEACE AND LIBERTY

According to the internationally famous journalist, he intended to conduct an interview because the media-hooked Americans are absolutely unaware of what is happening in Russia and Ukraine.  At the same time, the White House, according to Carlson, twice tried to disrupt the interview. Later, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre denied this statement by the journalist.

An hour after publication, the number of views was 5.2 million, overnight it exceeded 50 million, and currently stands at 92 million.

On Wednesday, the fact that Carlson’s interview with Putin took place and confirmed by the Russian leader’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov. According to the Wall Street Journal, the interview will be published on Thursday, February 8.

Sanctions for interviews: On Wednesday, Newsweek, citing current and former members of the (freedom-loving?) European Parliament, wrote that the EU may consider sanctions against Carlson for his interview with Putin.

Such threats against Tucker Carlson are unthinkable, said the leader of the French Patriots party, Florian Philippot, calling for the defense of freedom of speech. ‘There will be an explosion.’

Michael Walsh Journalist: “The Russian President’s interview with journalist Tucker Carlson will become an information bomb for the world – and in particular for tens of millions in the Western Alliance. Furthermore, the world-shaking interview will again draw attention to the notorious trapping and solitary confinement of imprisoned Australian investigative journalist, Jullian Assange.”

Former U.S. Marine Scott Ritter: ‘I’m sure Tucker will come to the United States and they won’t even lay a finger on him. I think that his interview will simply become an information bomb, you will see that it will be played on all channels,’ the expert believes.

According to him, Carlson is the type of journalist who exposes truths that are inconvenient for the Western Alliance, and this is his value. Julian Assange previously warned that this type of activity could create a lot of problems for a person due to pressure from Washington. ‘But I don’t think anything will happen to him,’ Ritter concluded.
