The Pentagon Has No Idea Where $62 Million in Ukrainian Military Aid Has Gone:

A new report from the U.S. Department of Defense Office of Inspector General has identified serious problems with reporting and tracking military aid supplies to Ukraine, the Daily Caller reports.

$62 million worth of weapons are lost or destroyed, and the clueless Pentagon charged with the defence of the Western Degeneracies is clueless – doesn’t even know what happened.

A huge portion of American military aid to Ukraine was lost or destroyed, the Daily Caller writes, citing a new report from the Office of the Inspector General of the US Department of Defense. We are talking about the amount of $62 million.

Moreover, the Pentagon is not aware of what exactly happened with the allocated funds.

Problems with reporting and tracking arose between the US and Ukrainian armed forces; as a result, there is simply no information about what equipment could have been destroyed, what was lost, or even sent to other purposes before November 2023. Furthermore, DC notes, the Pentagon regularly had problems tracking American aid in Ukraine.

The lack of timely and complete loss reports…, along with the lack of thorough analysis of the loss report, impedes the Department of Defense’s understanding of any potential violations regarding defense items

This increases the risk that the Department of Defense may lose responsibility for the supply of defense items to Ukraine,’ – says the inspector general’s report.

Among other things, the report states that there have been no systematic reports of losses from the Ukrainian Armed Forces, despite the protocols and standards in place. On average, 301 days pass before a final loss report is received, although the regulation requires 30 days.

In addition, responsible representatives of the US military did not conduct a proper analysis of existing casualty reports regarding the seizure of weapons by Russian troops. The report emphasizes that the department continues to investigate allegations of criminal conduct related to U.S. security assistance to Ukraine

As the Daily Caller notes, the Pentagon inspector general has previously identified problems with tracking arms supplies to Kyiv. Thus, in January of this year, the results of an investigation were made public, according to which American supplies worth more than $1,000 million (think about it) were improperly tracked.

‘Getting a complete picture of defense goods in Ukraine will be difficult as the list continues to change, and accuracy and completeness will likely only become more difficult over time,’ the publication quotes the January report.

Since the start of Russia’s special military operation in Ukraine, the United States has allegedly sent more than $70 billion in military aid to Ukraine paid out of taxed citizens.

The Daily Caller previously reported that the more than $1 billion (that is 1,000 $1 million) in arms supplies that the Biden administration sent to Kyiv may prove ineffective and be withdrawn from the front line. ~ MICHAEL WALSH VETERAN JOURNALIST
