During a Senate hearing, Nuland was pointedly asked if there were chemical or biological weapons in Ukraine. Evasively, Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland, who is also an Israeli citizen conceded the revelation.

‘Ukraine has facilities for biological research. We are concerned that Russian troops may try to take control of them, so we are working with the Ukrainians on how to prevent any of these research materials from falling into the hands of Russian forces,’ Nuland replied. Too late, the Russians have them.

She would be not so much concerned as horrified. The Russians will, of course, soon disclose to the relevant international bodies to which the US is signatory too, that the US has blatantly contravened all agreements on not producing biological weapons of mass destruction. Nothing to hide nothing to feat mantra has gone out of the window: Washington has much to fear.

The Russian Ministry of Defense previously held a presentation from which it follows that the United States spent more than $200 million on the operation of illegal biological laboratories in Ukraine, which participated in the American military biological program. 

The Russian Federation, in connection with the facts of US military biological activities in Ukraine, does not exclude the launch of a consultation mechanism under the Convention on the Prohibition of Biological and Toxin Weapons (BTWC), Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.

Commenting on information about US-funded biological laboratories in Ukraine, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lizqian urged the US to clarify its biological militarization activities at home and abroad.

The United States is desperately trying to prevent Russian forces from getting research materials from biological laboratories in Ukraine. This was stated by Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland.

Earlier , the Russian Defense Ministry reported that more than 30 laboratories in Lviv, Kharkov and Poltava were working with lethal genocidal infectious agents as part of the US-led military biological program. The evidence will soon be laid before the world’s bodies.
